Kegs To Go!

We rent kegs in Newberg OR. (We have to put it like that in hopes the search engines will find us).

We have a wide range of what we can find. We are very good at finding great products in distribution and self distributed. Small breweries to big, there’s a good chance we can get the style, brand and flavor you’re looking for.

We can facilitate getting your keg order in, handling the paperwork, ensuring you know what you’re doing (cooling, keg taps, even a Co2 simple party keg tap solution… we love this stuff by the way)….

In some situations we can even use our other department’s Tap Trailer to facilitate delivery of kegs should you run out or need a different style. (yes that’s happened before).. The keg will be delivered at the right temperature ready to go.

Kegs To Go Rental Info and Policies

DEPOSITS:

$30 for each keg*

$5/day for each tap or until $50 is reached (then you’ve bought it)*

$30 for each bucket*

$100 for each C02/cooler solution*

$200 for each kegerator (two taps per kegerator, able to hold two 1/6 barrels)*

*The fine print ; we charge you upfront for the rentals and maximums then rent that charge or a portion thereof back to the card you used

POLICIES:

Everything but taps are due back within 3 days of rental. The keg taps are day by day until you’ve reached $50. Then you’ve bought them.

There is a late fee if you go past 3 days.

Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on keg purchases. It’s happened when there’s been a party of 20 people, they’ve bought two 1/2 barrel kegs and had almost all of the beer left over after the event. That was an over purchase for sure. Please make sure you talk with us before making your purchase so there’s no beer waste, because that would be sad.

In order to get your deposit back you must bring the rented items and your original cash register receipt. You must turn in the receipt to get your deposit back. If this is a charge card or debit sale bring the same card used for the purchase. If the stuff is damaged or not as it left our place, you’re going to have to pay to restore it back to rentable condition or just buy it outright. Please treat our stuff nicely and it’ll treat you nicely too.

EQUIPMENT WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

Our staff’s responsibility is to transport the keg to the store door. If staff elects to assist you in loading the keg you implicitly accept all responsibility and liability for any damage or injury which may occur.

If you’d like delivery, we can do that. There’s a $25/charge. We use our other department’s Tap Trailer to bring it to you cold and ready to go! (we only deliver within 10miles of Social Goods in Newberg).

Keg Sizing Information:

A barrel (Bbl) is the standard method for measuring kegs of beer. Depending on the brewery, beers are kegged in various size containers, as follows:

1/2 barrel = 15.5 gallons = 124 pints = 165 12oz bottles - (Full Size Keg)

1/4 barrel = 7.75 gallons = 62 pints = 83 12oz bottles (Pony Keg)

1/6 barrel (20 Ltr) = 5.2 gallons = 41 pints = 55 12oz bottles (Sixtel)

50 Liter = 13.2 gallons = 105 pints = 140 12oz bottles

30 liter = 8.1 gallons = 64 pints = 86 12oz bottles
